You have signed up for Creedo’s upcoming seminar, “Growth Capital for Social Enterprises”, which will be held on Wednesday, July 19, from 6:00-9:30pm, at the 5/F of The Carmen Hotel, Peñafrancia Ave., Naga City.
Instructions:
1. Kindly reply to the confirmation email you received to acknowledge that you have received our Slot Confirmation email.
*Slot Confirmation emails that are not acknowledged within 24 hours of signing up will become void.

*If you are from GCF-NAGA, kindly mention it in your email.
*If you are a student or faculty member, and would like to avail of the Academe Rate PHP 880, kindly send a photo of your academic ID.
2. You will then receive another email from us confirming your reserved slot (and if you are eligible for the Academe fee). Further instructions will be given for payment procedures.
4. Upon reserving a slot for the seminar, you will be given 3 banking days to settle the fee, otherwise your slot will be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Slot fees are STRICTLY non-refundable, but transferable to another person. Kindly notify us by email if this need arises.
